How do quests work?
You receive three daily quests. Start one to begin its timer, then complete it in the real world to earn XP in a related stat: Luck, Charisma, Strength, Stamina, Resilience, or Intelligence. A timed-out or abandoned quest can reduce XP.
When do daily quests reset?
The daily board resets at 4:00 AM local time. Three new quests are available after the reset.
What happens when I start a quest?
Starting a quest begins its timer. Complete the quest before the timer ends to earn XP. A timed-out or abandoned quest can reduce XP.
What are the 6 stats and what do they mean?
The six stats are Luck, Charisma, Strength, Stamina, Resilience, and Intelligence. They represent new experiences, social courage, physical capability, endurance, recovery, and learning or reflection.
How does the rank system work?
Total XP drives levels 1 to 100 and ranks E through S. The ranges are E: levels 1-19, D: 20-39, C: 40-58, B: 59-76, A: 77-92, and S: 93-100.
How do quest rerolls work?
During the seven-day Novice Protection period, free rerolls are unlimited. After that period, free users spend reroll credits. Guild Pass members can reroll without spending credits when no quest is active. Rerolls are unavailable while a quest is active.
What is the Adventure Log?
The Adventure Log is where you can save photos, videos, and notes connected to your quests. It keeps a record of the experiences you choose to save.
How do streaks work?
A streak counts daily engagement and quest starts. It does not require quest completion.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are restored through the Apple account used to buy them.

What devices and software are supported?
Solo Quest XP works on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17.6 or later. The app is free to download, an account is required, and optional in-app purchases are available.
