A person can choose a small real-life quest, start a timer, and record what happened. Completing a quest earns XP that contributes to in-app stats, levels, and ranks. The point is to make progress visible while keeping the next action manageable.
The app is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17.6 or later. The daily quest board resets at 4:00 AM in the person's local time. People can reroll the board when no quest is active, save photos, videos, and notes in the Adventure Log, and use Journal features when available through Guild Pass. An account is required to use Solo Quest XP, and optional in-app purchases are available.
